ELIGIBILITY: Open to all artists, Ages 18 and older; Subject to signed Artist Agreement and fees; Subject to Jury acceptance; each entry must be accompanied by an emailed jpeg for every work submitted with optional artist statement.

MEDIA:  All media considered. ABSOLUTELY NO saw tooth hangars or clip-styled frames; work must be framed or canvas edges neatly painted. EVENT IDEAS NEEDED WEEKLY; for example, “Poetry Share” is every 3^rd Sunday from 3-5pm.  Call Jane to brainstorm – this is a great opportunity to give your work more publicity by bringing groups to the gallery.

ENTRY DEADLINE/DROP OFF TIMES: June 30^th to July 9th, Noon to 5 pm.  NO WORK CAN BE LEFT BEHIND FROM PREVIOUS SHOWS.  Email jpegs of all work submitted and an artist statement to altalunagallery@gmail.com.

ENTRY FEE: Non-refundable Entry Fees due at drop-off: 1 piece $20, 2 for $30, 3 or more for $50; Payable to “Jane Dever DBA Alta Luna Gallery” or credit card at drop off. Sales subject to 40% gallery commission; JURY: Jane Dever & Assign TBA; NOTIFICATION: Call 401-688-0396 to check on acceptance status; Unused work pickup on July 10th at latest.

Artist Initials                      Non-refundable Entry Fees: 1 piece $20, 2 for $30 total, 3 or more for $50 total; In addition, all sales subject to 40% gallery compensation; Accepted work must remain until end of show and unaccepted work must be picked up NO LATER THAN 1ST DAY OF SHOW (SUBJECT TO $25 LATE PICKUP FEE); Call Jane at 401-688-0396 for status.

Artist Initials                      Alta Luna Gallery insures basic material costs only for artwork; therefore, artists are advised to procure additional insurance coverage for value beyond the material cost at their own expense; signing this agreement constitutes acceptance of these terms;

Artist Initials                      Alta Luna Gallery will deduct 40% in Curator Fees from Net Collected Art Sales; 60% of Net share will be mailed by check to the Artist’s mailing address within 30 days of show end (or sooner); Gallery will send 1099 to artist at year end for sales over $499 for each calendar year;

Artist Initials                      Owner/Curator has final right of approval on all artwork; Owner/Curator retains right to advertise artist participation with artist bio, photos of work, or social media updates; photos of artist’s work may/will be used in any/all types of advertising that Alta Luna Gallery sees fit before/during/after show, including but not limited to social media, web and print promotion.
